We collect the contact details you provide, order and delivery details, and browsing data. We use this information to answer enquiries, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide support and maintain the website. Please share only the information needed for your request.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to fulfil orders and provide the service you request: with Shopify for shopping and customer accounts, payment providers for payments, courier partners for delivery, and WhatsApp and email services for communications. These services handle information under their own privacy terms.

Saved product identifiers are kept in your browser's local storage. They are associated with that browser rather than a customer account. Clearing browser storage removes this saved list.

This browser remembers up to eight recently viewed product identifiers to help you return to pieces. This list is not account-synchronised. Use Clear history in the Recently viewed section or clear website data in your browser settings to remove it. Collection filters stay in the page URL; your browsing position is remembered within the current browser session.

Analytics and advertising tools are used only if enabled and with consent where required. Analytics helps us understand how the site is used. Advertising and remarketing tools, including pixels from search and social platforms, measure campaigns and help show relevant ads on other platforms. The tools' providers handle data under their own privacy terms.

Analytics can measure product views, room-edit links, assistance clicks, search result counts, visited URLs and referring pages to help improve the website. Custom search-event properties use query length and result counts, not search words. Custom interaction properties do not contain enquiry messages, phone numbers, email addresses or payment details.

We may send email and WhatsApp messages for offers, updates and order information. Marketing messages are sent only to people who opt in, and every marketing message offers a simple way to opt out.

Order and delivery messages are service messages, not marketing. The messaging services' providers handle data under their own privacy terms.

Enquiry forms prepare a WhatsApp message using the details you enter. Review and send the message through WhatsApp. You may also contact us by email. Share only the information needed to discuss your request.

Customer account verification, sign-in sessions, private order history and profile details are handled by Shopify when you continue to your customer account. They are separate from the shortlist and recently viewed pieces stored in this browser.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it. Do not include passwords, card security codes, one-time passwords or unnecessary identity documents in an enquiry.

Optional preferences, analytics and marketing cookies are off until you choose to allow them. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change your choice. We remember your choice for 12 months. Necessary website functions and your privacy choice remain available. Allowing marketing cookies does not subscribe you to email or WhatsApp marketing messages; those require their own opt-in.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data by emailing mail@saeshliving.com. You can also contact us with a privacy concern or ask to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your request and explain any information we must retain to meet legal obligations.
