How do I create an account or sign in?
Select Continue to my account and enter your email address on the secure Shopify sign-in page. Shopify sends a one-time verification code. Your first verified sign-in creates a customer account if you do not already have one; no password is required.
Where can I find my previous orders?
Sign in with the email address used for your Shopify orders. Orders associated with that customer profile appear in your account. Contact us with your order reference if you need help locating a purchase.
Can I update my details and addresses?
Open Profile from your signed-in account menu to manage your name, email and shipping addresses. Shopify asks you to verify a changed email address.
Where can I check delivery updates?
Open the relevant order in your account to view its status and any tracking information provided for the shipment. Tracking is available when the shipment has been assigned tracking details.
